To ensure that they could continue to provide customers with their usual high level of service, Asendia turned to Loop Technology, a KUKA UK platinum system partner, to deliver an automated labelling and scanning solution, that would reduce parcel handling by two-thirds.
IdentifEYE, Loop’s dynamic labelling system with 3D vision, has since been integrated into Asendia’s operations. Six KUKA KR AGILUS robots label more than 7,000 packages per hour.
