Silver Care
  • Telephone technical support during normal office hours. Engineer response guaranteed within 2 hours or first thing next business day if call placed late in the day
  • Service engineer dispatch within 24 hours
  • Planned maintenance visit
  • Emergency call out fee waived for first incident
Gold Care
  • Priority telephone technical support during normal office hours. Engineer response guaranteed within 1 hour or first thing next business day if call placed late in the day.
