RealPATH is an automation solution for generating robot programs from 3D scan data. It is designed to follow component surface contours and used for a variety of applications.

A 3D scan is taken which produces a real-world topology of a workpiece. A path profile is subsequently generated for the workpiece which is then refined for singularity, out of reach and collision issues.

This automatic generation of robot paths eliminates the need for CAD and offline programming, meaning significantly less user interaction.
