Case Study: HYPERSCAN for INSPHERE
INSPHERE developed a new machine for the measurement of large scale components called HYPERSCAN. They required cell design, build, integration, installation and commissioning.
Description
We designed and built:
- Full cell guarding system (6m x 5m)
- Wide access doors (4m width)
- Full safety interlock function with safety PLC
- Operator HMI
Integrated them with the following components:
- KUKA KR16 R2010 Cybertech
- Güdel TMO-2 Overhead Track (approx 5m travel)
- KUKA KRC4 control system

Leica T Scan 5
- Leica Absolute Tracker AT960
And provided installation and commissioning services.
