Maintaining hardware and software systems can be difficult without the right expertise. But it’s so important to carry out preventative maintenance regularly to maximise up-time and performance levels.

That’s why we have a dedicated in-house Service and Support Team. They make sure our machines are looked after – long after delivery and sign off.

Ed makes sure all preventative maintenance is carried out on time.

He minimises the downtime of our customers systems.

“It’s always rewarding to see the customer’s cell being put back into production after a breakdown during a crucial time. It makes you feel like you’ve really made a difference.”

Patryk is one of the team of engineers who support our customers on site and over the phone.

He gets machines back up and running again.

“I most enjoy travelling, visiting new places and meeting interesting people who often show off their new technology to me and I find that very inspiring.”
