FibreFORM™ – Launches at the Airshow
We had the privilege of exhibiting at The Farnborough International Airshow from 18 – 22 July.
Our friends at FANUC invited us to showcase our latest developments in the Aerospace industry.
We took the opportunity to unveil our latest iteration of FibreFORM™ (see our last newsletter if you missed the product spotlight!)
What did we demo?
Our arctic-camouflage-wrapped module of FibreFORM™ drew the attention of aerospace manufacturers and suppliers from across the world.
They watched a demonstration of it transform into concave and convex shapes whilst being moved by the FANUC R-2000i/C210F robot.
What’s new with FibreFORM?
The main improvement we are particularly excited to reveal is the step-change reduction in energy consumption. This reduces the overall cost to run FibreFORM.
There are also improvements in the overall size and weight of FibreFORM too. This means the deployment platform can be smaller to reduce the cost of investment.
These increases in efficiency make FibreFORM™ more accessible for different applications.
What were the show highlights?
